  • Standard Inclusions are typically Strategy, Mood Board Collaboration, Logos, Color Palette + Theory, Typography Hierarchy, and a Brand Guideline. We work together to identify which assets are needed to ensure each and every touchpoint of your new brand is cohesive. Although not an exhaustive list, some additional assets to consider are product packaging (labels, merch, packaging, signage, etc), business cards, stationery, social media templates, + more.

  • As every business/brand is intricately unique, we do not offer clients pre-made packages, but instead custom price and scope each project to ensure clients are not paying for items that are unnecessary, and that any needs are not left out. Custom proposals are created and sent to the client within 48 hours of our complimentary consultation call. All projects provide custom solutions that offer the most value to your business/brand in order to achieve your goals. We craft each project for success on its own terms.

  • Brand Identity and Design are the first touches of your business/brand, and crafting them to be intentional and to connect with your ideal customer is essential. We craft each and every aspect of our design projects to add immense value to the businesses/brands we create with the intention to make sales.

  • Custom, strategic design is an investment, and we understand how much can go into getting a business/brand started. We're happy to offer flexible payment options based on date (not project milestones) and can be as flexible as bi-weekly payments over a three month period.

  • Yes. Having content ready at the start of a project makes the entire process flow much more smoothly. However, it's understandable that sometimes it’s not always possible to have imagery ready initially (especially when choosing to wait to have content/imagery taken to encompass the branding portion of the project) in which case a separate start date will be recommended for the branding portion of the project allowing time for the website portion to be ready following.

  • Clients are responsible for providing professional photos, finalized copy/verbiage, and all product/package information in an organized manner. Although we provide collaboration to make the process as simple as possible, photography and copywriting are not included in web design packages, but have the option to be included as an Add On.

  • Although the majority of our clients collaborate with us on both brand identity & web design, it is not required to go through branding to build a website together - however we must review your current branding to ensure it is both comprehensive, as well as matches our quality standards prior to booking. The absolute minimum branding items required to start web design are logo, color palette, quality imagery, and typographic hierarchy.

  • During our initial call we will discuss the project start date and timeline. This is affected by factors such as availability, Project Prep time (i.e. having photos, product, etc ready), as well as your readiness to dedicate the time to the project. Time is money and we take timelines seriously and pride ourselves for working exclusively with clients who are, in turn, ready to launch their businesses/brands.
